Recipe of the Month: Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

>One cup Couris Pure Gold Olive Oil

>One third cup plus one Tablespoon of your favorite vinegar

>One and 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

>1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt

>Two teaspoons of Oregano

>1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper


Mix all ingredients together well.


Keep leftover dressing refrigerated in a bottle.  It will be cloudy when cold, but return to its natural state as it warms up. Shake the dressing before each use.
