About Our Oil

First cold pressed and available only in very limited quantities, Couris Pure Gold olive oil is created from a rare variety of olive, organically grown and hand-picked in the Aigialeia region of Greece.

Aigialeia is nestled between the Gulf of Corinth to the north and the mountainous Peloponnesus to the south. Its nutrient rich soil, ideal altitude and dry, temperate climate create the perfect conditions to grow the world's best olives for oil.

A light, fruity finish with a hint of spice and no bitterness. It's a unique and exceptional oil that our family is pleased to import directly from the source and share with you.
